I have this wrap and I love it. The extra flexibility is very nice and the size 2 fits my 14lb son. I did not have any size one so I cannot say if it is that they run smaller or that this one just fits. I have not had any leaks; I use the wrap with a prefold underneath and change regularly. Overall I am extremely happy with these (and I was with the super whisper wrap) and I plan to get a few more.

I love the original Thirsties and was exited to see the Duo. I ordered the small for my 13 lb (45th percentile in height and weight) kid but it was too small for her even when completely expanded. I'm happy with the larger size Duo, but these appear to run small.
