This is one of the greatest inventions ever!! Makes cloth diapering so easy. Has a little clip at each end similar to an ace bandage (But not pointy, although they still recommend putting a diaper cover over when using these) You just clip it to one end, the other and then down the middle and the diaper stays in place. They are great and so easy. I wouldn't do without them!!

When we started cloth diapering, I was excited to find out about snappis because i was worried about using pins. Although these seem to work well, we didn't really seem to need these since we used fitted diaper covers: a pre-fold could be dropped into a cover without pre-fastening it & it stayed in place.
Then, a friend gave us some fitted diapers with velcro closures, and we didn't end up even using prefolds (except as doublers) since the fitted diapers held in the mess better, so we have hardly used the snappis at all.

Snappis make putting on a diaper so easy. You do have to be careful not to get snagged by one, it does hurt, but happens less often and certainly hurts less than being stuck by a pin! They're great. Highly recommended. They make a great gift for cloth diaper users- you can never have too many.

I does the job with using pins for the most part but it does not give you as much room to grow and it can get very tight if you're not careful. I honestly prefer a prefold belt because it allows the baby to wear the diaper for significantly longer.
